  • Technician

    Currently seeking experienced A&P technician’s (Learjet experience is a plus)

    Perform maintenance and inspection on Airframes and Powerplants.

    Perform sheet metal repairs or modifications for damage found during inspections, service bulletins or airworthiness directives.

    Must be able to read, understand and accomplish maintenance manual procedures. Must be able to research and order parts.

    Must be able to accomplish tasks within allotted time, and communicate with Lead Technicians.

    Ensuring that the repair and installations of all articles and components within their jurisdiction is accomplished within the authority of the repair station and that the Quality Assurance Department, when applicable inspects the work.

    The proper handling of all parts while in repair process through the shop and when work is completed.

    To ensure that the maintenance of the shop premises is kept in a clean and orderly manner. All shop equipment is put back to proper location after use.

    Other jobs and duties may be assigned at the discretion of the company.

    Job Requirements:

    Active Airframe and Powerplant license.

    Pass FAA drug and alcohol program and random testing.

    Read and understand English.

    Study Repair Station Manual and pass Repair Station Manual exam.

  • Senior Technician

    The Night Lead Technician reports to the Maintenance Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Managing job assignments

    Good leadership skills.

    Good communication skills. Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.

    Ensure that all maintenance technicians are adequately qualified prior to assigning them to any maintenance function.

    Time management of personnel assigned to the job project.

    Giving accurate labor estimates on discrepancies to the Customer Service Representative.

    Work with Customer Service Representative on updates and information on aircraft daily.

    Must be able to accomplish tasks within allotted time, or explain to Maintenance Manager why job took longer or add a new squawk to the work order.

    Are responsible for reporting to the Maintenance Manager if a project is not going to be completed on time.

    Good with customer relations.

    Expected to put in overtime required to complete job assignment.

    Provide training to technicians on airframe systems, Powerplant systems, inspections and paper work procedures.

    Provide accurate turn over for each shift personnel.

    Ensuring that the repair and installations of all articles and components within their jurisdiction is accomplished within the authority of the repair station and that the Quality Assurance Department, when applicable inspects the work.

    The maintenance of equipment and tools in a serviceable working condition, assuring tools requiring calibration are calibrated.

    Ensuring that all necessary maintenance entries on maintenance forms and work orders used by the repair station are properly executed.

    Ensure all manuals used are current.

    The proper handling of all parts while in repair process through the shop and when work is completed.

    The preservation of all units or parts during process through the shop and when work is completed.

    To ensure that the maintenance of the shop premises are kept in a clean and orderly manner. All shop equipment is put back to proper location after use.

    Other jobs and duties may be assigned at the discretion of the company.

    PREREQUISITES

    Active Airframe and Powerplant license.

    Pass FAA drug and alcohol program and random testing.

    Read and understand English.

    Study Repair Station Manual and pass Repair Station Manual exam.

    Study Repair Station Quality Control Manual and pass Repair Station Quality Control Manual exam.

    Study Repair Station Training Manual and pass Repair Station Training Manual exam.

    Study FAA FAR’s and pass Haggan Aviation training FAR exam.

    Formal (Flight Safety, Global etc.) or manufacture factory training.

    Five years experience or more on corporate airframe and Powerplant inspections.

    Attended 2 hour oral lead/inspector training program.

    Show proficiency with Repair Station paperwork.

    Show proficiency in all aspects of airframe and engine inspections.

    Show proficiency with inspection tools.

    Complete and pass in house training program for airframe you are rated as a Senior Technician.

    Approved with Floor Inspector stamp.

    Approved with Return to Service Authorization.

    PAY SCALE

    Hourly Pay rate $26.00 to $40.00.

    Time and a half for overtime worked past 40 hours.

  • Avionics Technician

    The Avionics Technician reports to the General Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Perform avionics line maintenance and avionics installations.

    Good communication skills. Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.

    Must be able to read, understand and accomplish maintenance manual procedures. Must be able to research, read wire prints, and order parts.

    Must be able to accomplish tasks within allotted time.

    Ensuring that the repair and installations of all articles and components within their jurisdiction is accomplished within the authority of the repair station and that the Quality Assurance Department, when applicable inspects the work.

    The proper handling of all parts while in repair process through the shop and when work is completed.

    Responsible for reporting to the Maintenance Manager if a project is not going to be completed on time.

    Customer interaction and communication as needed.

    Expected to put in overtime required to complete job assignment.

    To ensure that the maintenance of the shop premises are kept in a clean and orderly manner. All shop equipment is put back to proper location after use.

    Other jobs and duties may be assigned at the discretion of the company

    PREREQUISITES

    Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Avionics and/or related field work with 5 to 7 years’ experience. A&P license is preferred.

    Pass FAA drug and alcohol program and random testing.

    Read and understand English.

    Study Repair Station Manual and pass Repair Station Manual exam.

    Study Repair Station Quality Control Manual and pass Repair Station Quality Control Manual exam.

    Study Repair Station Training Manual and pass Repair Station Training Manual exam.

    Study FAA FAR’s and pass Haggan Aviation training FAR exam.

    Study FAA RVSM requirements and pass Haggan Aviation training RVSM exam.

    Show proficiency with avionics test equipment and inspection tools.

    Learjet Experience a must.

    PAY SCALE

    Hourly Pay rate depending on experience.

    Time and a half for overtime worked past 40 hours.

  • Hawker 125 Series/800XP/850XP/900XP Lead Technician

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Hawker Lead Technician reports to the Maintenance Manager.

    Managing job assignments (inspections).

    Good leadership skills.

    Good communication skills. Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.

    Ensure that all maintenance technicians are adequately qualified prior to assigning them to any maintenance function.

    Time management of personnel assigned to the job project.

    Has the authority to implement disciplinary action through the Maintenance Manager or General Manager to technicians assigned to them.

    Giving accurate labor estimates on discrepancies to the Customer Service Representative.

    Work with Customer Service Representative on updates and information on aircraft daily.

    Analyze inspection quotes and advise management of needed changes.

    Must be able to accomplish tasks within allotted time, or explain to Maintenance Manager why job took longer or add a new squawk to the work order.

    Are responsible for reporting to the Maintenance Manager if a project is not going to be completed on time.

    Good with customer relations.

    Expected to put in overtime required to complete job assignment.

    Heavy Hawker 125 series and 800XP/850XP/900XP experience (10-12 years) with schooling (Flight Safety, Simuflight, etc.).

    Pass FAA drug and alcohol program and random testing.

    Read and understand English.

    Study Repair Station Manual and pass Repair Station Manual exam.

    Study Repair Station Quality Control Manual and pass Repair Station Quality Control Manual exam.

    Study Repair Station Training Manual and pass Repair Station Training Manual exam.

    Study FAA FAR’s and pass Haggan Aviation training FAR exam.

    Formal (Flight Safety, Global etc.) or manufacture factory training.

    Ten years’ experience or more on corporate airframe and Powerplant inspections.

    Show proficiency with Repair Station paperwork.

    PAY SCALE

    Lead Technician on multiple Airframes Hourly Pay rate $31.00 to $40.00.

    Lead Technician on one Airframe Hourly Pay rate $31.00 to $36.00
